Senate Bill 166-028 Dam the fiscal year

Whereas, Amy Gill-Horton submilled an outstanding student travel applicationn; Whereas, The Executive Committee wished to fund her application from the student travel line of the budget, but cannot, due to her travel occuring next fiscal year; and Whereas, she has already purchased her plane ticket, meaning that these funds have been spent this fiscal year; now, therefore be it Enacted, That $700 be allocated from rollover to Amy Gill-Horton for airfare for her trip to the conference at Queen's University.
