Call to Order
The ASUAF senate was called to order at 4:05 PM by Senate Chair Joshua Luther in the Alumni Lounge of Constitution Hall. Also Present were President Treibel, Recycling Director Ryan Good, and Senate Clerk Mari Freitag.
Roll Call
Present were Senators Freitag, Caulfield, Currey, Chambers, Luther, Molnia, Brown, Duffy
Excused were Senators Bole, Cunningham, Earl
Unexcused was Senator Pendelton
Tardy was Senator Ewers (4:15PM)

Approval of Minutes
173-L- Senator Molnia motioned to approve the minutes, Senator Freitag seconded. Without objection the minutes are approved.
Officer Reports
Senate Chair- Senator Joshua Luther- System governance council meeting this week, working on the Juneau trip.
SB 173-020 Recordings
Sponsor:
Jennifer Chambers Purpose:
To allocate money to purchase a system that will enable recordings to be made of Chem 332, Physical Chemistry, and have the recordings posted to the blackboard site
SB 173-016 Election Manual Changes

To make it possible for the Elections Board to hold Fall elections in accordance with the Elections Manual.
SB 173-019 Fall 2009 Student Travel Awards

The ASUAF senate was called to order at 4:01PM by Senate Chair Joshua Luther in the Alumni Lounge of Constitution Hall. Also Present were President Treibel, Vice President Vorisek, and Senate Clerk Mari Freitag.

Present were Senators Bole, Caulfield, Cunningham, Earl, Curry, Luther, Brown, Duffy, and Freitag

Unexcused was Senator Pendelton

Cathryn Fordham- Possible presidential senate appointment.

173-K- Senator Duffy moved to adopt, seconded by Senator Freitag. With no objection they were adopted.
