No announced candidate may serve as an election official, poll worker, arbiter of election disputes, counter of ballots, or help conduct the election in any way.
900.2
The chair of the ASUAF Elections board shall be

The ASUAF Vice-President, unless disqualified by 800.1 above; or
900.2.2
The ASUAF Senate Chair, unless disqualified by 800.1; or
900.2.3
The ASUAF Senate Executive Committee Chair, unless disqualified by 800.1; or
900.2.4
A member of ASUAF appointed by the President and confirmed by the Senate.
900.3
The other four members of the ASUAF Elections Board shall be:
900.3.1
Two ASUAF members elected by the Senate; and
900.3.2
Two ASUAF members appointed by the ASUAF President.
910. Powers and Duties of the Elections Board
910.1
All ASUAF elections, repeal, recall, and referendum elections, and any special elections deemed necessary with the advice and consent of the Senate shall be conducted and administered by the ASUAF Elections Board.
910.2
The Elections Board shall conduct elections according to The ASUAF Elections Manual approved by the Senate.
910.2.1
The Elections Board may make amendments to the Elections Manual so long as they are approved by a 2/3 vote of the ASUAF Senate.
910.2.2
Changes to the Elections Manual take effect immediately upon 2/3 vote of the Elections Board, until the Senate’s first opportunity to approve or disprove of the changes.
920. Term of Office
920.1
The term of office of an Elections Board member shall be from the time of their appointment to the time when the results of the current election become final.
