1010. Membership
1010.1
The Senate shall appoint one member to the Concert Board no later than the fourth regular meeting of the ASUAF Senate in the Fall Semester, who shall serve until the end of the academic year.
1010.2
Should the seat become vacant before the end of the academic year, the Senate shall appoint a new member who shall serve until the end of the current academic year.
1010.3
The ASUAF Student Affairs Committee Chair shall serve as the Senate’s appointed member of the Concert Board during any vacancies.
1020. Financial Oversight
1020.1
All expenditures of the ASUAF Concert Board must be reported to the ASUAF Senate through the ASUAF Senate Chair at the meeting of the Senate immediately following the approval of the expenditure by the ASUAF Concert Board
1020.2
The Senate may overturn all or part of an expenditure of the ASUAF Concert Board by 2/3 vote
1020.2.1
If the ASUAF Senate does not address the expenditure at its next regular meeting, it is assumed that the Senate did not overturn any of the expenditure.
1020.2.2
If an expenditure must be made prior to the next regular Senate meeting, then the Concert Board chair must contact the ASUAF President or acting President within 12 hours of the adjourning of the Concert Board meeting to request a meeting of the Executive Council
1020.2.2.1
If the President does not convene the Executive Council it is assumed that the Executive Council did not overturn any of the Concert Board’s expenditure.
1020.2.2.2
The Executive Council may overturn all or part of an expenditure of the ASUAF Concert Board by 3/4 vote.
1020.2.3
The President shall report the expenditure and the Executive Council’s actions, if any, on the expenditure to the Senate at the next regular meeting.
1020.3
If the Senate is not in session, the ASUAF President or acting president shall have veto power over the Concert Board’s expenditures and must report his or her actions, if any, to the ASUAF Executive Officer.
1020.4
An end of the year budgetary report shall be provided by the Concert Board to the ASUAF Executive Committee by the first week in April
